Victoria is very experienced and as such she has been asked numerous questions in the past. Below are the most common, but please feel free to ask Victoria any question, either when booking your appointment or just prior to your treatments. You will find Victoria very professional and sensitive to your needs.

All of the massages listed will aid relaxation. However, if requested I can provide a 90 minute holistic treatment which combines techniques from all of my massage therapies.

Loose clothing will be suitable however please bear in mind we will be using oils and will require access to the areas of the body requiring treatment. The most important thing is that you feel comfortable. If you have any questions please feel free to ask.

This will depend on the treatment required, ideally, you should not eat for one to two hours immediately before your massage. If you are having a facial the timescales are not so important.

Reflexology would be my go-to treatment but others are useful too. Indian head massage and facial are very good.

Insomnia and anxiety tend to be linked, this means the treatments for one are generally good for the other. However, please feel free to contact me for a more personalised treatment regime based on your specific needs.

Yes, we provide vouchers for treatments either for you or as a gift. We have found that the gift of massage is extremely popular. Vouchers vary in cost but are always exceptional value.

Yes, Victoria is open to any questions but essentially it is important for you to relax. It will be most beneficial for you to breathe slowly and deeply during your treatment. This will help you to achieve the greatest benefit of your treatment. Often people have found that when receiving treatments and concentrating on breathing they have experienced a greater sense of well-being.
